SikaRapid®-110 P

Powdered hardening accelerator for cementitious mortars

SikaRapid®-110 P is used as a hardening accelerator for cementitious dry mortars e.g. lime-cement plaster, masonry mortar, repair-and installation mortar, CSA-based ternary self leveller, adhesive- and reinforcing mortars or spray mortars.

Usage

Application

Application Information

Dispensing

In the dry mortar plant in the dry mortar mixture.

Restrictions

High temperatures can lead to significant shorter processing times. Initial testing in smaller trial areas is required before first usage.
Consumption

Recommended Dosage

As a stimulator in general between 0.1 - 0.2 % of the dry mortar weight, as a hardening accelerator 0.5 – 1.0 % on cement, as a setting accelerator 1.0-2.0 % on cement depending on the type of cement and cement content.
