Usage

  • For the manufacture of grout for pre-stressed elements in accordance with DIN EN 445 - 447
  • For grouting in and filling cavities in concrete, masonry or rock
  • For anchoring in ground, tunnel and mining

0.2 - 1.2 % of the cement weight

Consumption

For dry mortar application, the addition is made in the dry mix.
Indicative recipe for approx. 36 l site mix grout:
50 kg CEM I 42.5 R, 20 l water, 500 g Sika® Einpresshilfe EH-1 (1 small bag)
Sika® Einpresshilfe EH-1 is either mixed in with the cement in the rotating mixer or mixed in as last.
Uniform mixing of the grout must be guaranteed with the appropriate mixing intensity and mixing time.

A suitability test according to DIN EN 445 is required before utilisation.
