EMULSION BASED RELEASE AGENT FOR PRECAST PLANTS AND CONSTRUCTION SITES

Sika® Separol®-330 W is a ready-to-use, low viscous concrete release agent emulsion.

Sika® Separol®-330 W is a ready to use, solvent-free release agent based on renewable raw materials with physical and chemical separation behaviour.   Sika® Separol®-330 W has the following properties:
  • Low viscosity
  • Good adhesion of the separating film on vertical shuttering
  • Self-levelling after spray application
  • Strong pore suppression
  • No flammable vapours
  • No gum formation
  • Easily to be handled

Approx. 130 m² non-absorbing shuttering
Application steps

APPLICATION

-5 - 80°C processing temperature (by means of an antifreeze protection even at temperatures below 0°C).

The shuttering surface to be treated must be clean and dry.

Rust and concrete residues must be removed.

The product will be applied thinly using the Sika high pressure sprayer with 4-6 bar operating pressure and a flat-jet nozzle in order to achieve a closed film on the surface.
After processing, a flash-off time of approx. 10 minutes (depending on temperature and air humidity) must be complied with.

If after the application of the release agent there are still puddle-type surpluses on the shuttering, then these must be removed with a cloth or rubber scraper.

It is advantageous to wipe the shuttering with a cloth/washing mop after having applied the thin spray.
Execute a suitability test before utilisation.
