Sika MonoTop®-602 Neu can be mixed with a low speed (<500 rpm) hand drill mixer or by hand for a small quantity.
Pour the recommended water in a suitable mixing container. While stirring slowly, add the powder to the water and mix thoroughly at least for 3 minutes. After mixing, a ripening time of approx. 5 minutes must be observed before further processing, after which the mortar is mixed again shortly.

The Sika MonoTop®-602 Neu bonding primer is to be brushed into the matt damp excavation under pressure, leaving as much material as possible. Apply the repair mortar into the still fresh bonding primer, i.e. wet in wet, and compact well. Avoid voids.
The maximum layer thicknesses per working step must not be exceeded. If necessary, apply the repair mortar in several layers, always with bonding primer.

Rapid drying, for example due to sun must be prevented. The rules for curing mortars must therefore be observed. Keep freshly prepared surfaces moist by covering with mats or plastic sheeting or by spraying with water. For curing, ZTV-ING Part 3, Section 4 applies.

Clean all tools and application equipment with water immediately after use. Hardened material can only be mechanically removed.
