SikaControl® AER-200 P Laboratory samples

SikaControl® AER-200 P is an additive that has been specially developed for use in concrete and ready-mixed dry mortars. It significantly improves the frost/de-icing salt resistance and thus the durability of concrete and mortar used outdoors. The product can be used in various components and applications such as dry shotcrete, dams and reservoirs, airport runways, roadways, outdoor cement mortars, screeds and shrinkage control grouts.

SikaControl® AER-200 P creates air voids based on a chemical reaction. As a result, various advantages can be achieved when using SikaControl® AER-200 P, such as improved frost/de-icing salt resistance in concrete, improved air entrainment stability, improved durability of concrete, great robustness with changing aggregates, no influence of mixing time and mixing energy on air entrainment, suitability for all standard cements according to EN 197-1, reduced early shrinkage and a pore size predominantly smaller than 0.3 mm.
