Position Summary 
•  Sourcing and purchasing of packaging materials and support to the strategic procurement team.  
 
Main function/responsibility/competencies 
 
•  Sourcing and negotiation of packaging materials  
•  Communication with supplier and related internal department to resolve issues 
•  Evaluate purchasing data and processes to come up with improvement proposals 
•  Support procurement with execution of the sourcing strategy 
•  Delivery schedule management

  • 調達戦略の実行による調達のサポート
  • 配送スケジュール管理

Your expertise - Our strength

Qualifications 

  •  Knowledge of purchasing operations. 
  •  Preferably in the production/chemical/industrial sector or logistics.
  •  Data analysis and presentation  
  •  ERP System (SAP, Axapta, etc…) experience (Preferable)
  •  Self-driven  
  •  English (Business level) 
  •  Japanese (Business level)
    *In case of non-Japanese, at least N2 is must. N1 is Preferable

必要資格要件 

  • 調達業務経験　（化学/工業部門またはロジスティクス　尚可）　※2年以上
  • データ分析とプレゼンテーション 
  • ERP システム (SAP、Axapta  など) の経験者 
  • 自発的な方 
  • 英語（ビジネスレベル） 
  • 日本語（ビジネスレベル）  
    ＊外国籍の方の場合、日本語能力検定2 級以上必須（1 級が好ましい）

This role will closely work with: 
•  Factory, I&S(Research & Development),Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics,         Operations, Quality Control, Finance 
•  Domestic, Overseas suppliers and overseas affiliated companies
